At the heart of Luxelaser is Nancy Sharma, whose client-first approach shapes the way the clinic cares for every person who walks through the door.
Her approach is simple. Listen first. Assess carefully. Explain the options clearly. Recommend only what suits the client’s goals, skin condition, and comfort. That means no pressure, no unrealistic promises, and no one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Nancy understands that, and she has built Luxelaser to be a place where people feel comfortable speaking openly about concerns like unwanted hair, breakouts, pigmentation, acne scarring, or uneven skin tone. How Luxelaser Started
Luxelaser Skin Clinic was created to give clients in Tarneit and Melbourne’s west access to professional skin and laser care in a setting that feels personal and approachable. Too often, people feel unsure about where to start with skin treatments. They may have tried products that did not work, booked treatments that did not suit their skin, or left consultations feeling more confused than before. Luxelaser was built to change that experience.

I truly enjoyed my experience and was very happy with the service! Nancy examined my skin thoroughly and explained everything I needed to know about my skin concerns and how to take better care of it. She then suggested a treatment plan that suited my skin and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I had a Deep sea peel and Nancy took such great care of my skin. She made sure it was properly prepped and regularly checked in on me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. I was so satisfied with the experience and the results.
